- Go to the Internet
- Click on TOOLS
Click on INTERNET OPTIONS - Click on the ADVANCED TAB
- Click on the RESET button (bottom of window)
- Follow the onscreen prompts - when finished resetting - there will be instructions to close Internet Explorer and reopen it.

Not Connecting - Resetting Internet Explorer
Since the upgrade to IE 7, there has often been a problem with teachers being unable to connect to NCWISE. Here is what happens -when you try to access NCWISE you will either receive an error message or your internet explorer will close out. Here is how to fix the issue.
