Slate - Not Connecting/Working

Many of you have had issues with your wireless Slate not connecting. I am in the process of trying to find a better solution that what I currently employ but here is what I have done in the past to get you up and running.

1. Unplug your slate from power.
2. Turn slate over so that you are see the back.
3. Locate the battery cover on the back and remove the cover.
4. Locate the WHITE plastic piece of the battery that plugs into the slate.
5. Gently - I mean Gently - unplug the battery and wait for about 30 seconds.
   Gently - reseat the plastic plug and place the battery cover back.
6. Press the power button
7. Call me if it doesnt work.
