Not Connecting - Resetting Internet Explorer

Since the upgrade to IE 7, there has often been a problem with teachers being unable to connect to NCWISE. Here is what happens -when you try to access NCWISE you will either receive an error message or your internet explorer will close out. Here is how to fix the issue.

  1. Go to the Internet
  2. Click on TOOLS
    Click on INTERNET OPTIONS
  3. Click on the ADVANCED TAB
  4. Click on the RESET button (bottom of window)
  5. Follow the onscreen prompts - when finished resetting - there will be instructions to close Internet Explorer and reopen it.
